Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Mirin
1/2 cup Sake
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp Corn Starch
Method
Combine Soy Sauce, Mirin and Sake into a saucepan and turn to medium heat.
Bring sauce to a simmer and wait five minutes
Mix corn starch and water into a slurry and add to saucepan.
Stir until sauce begins to simmer again and thickens.
Pour into container and store in the fridge.
Sauce should keep for about a month.
Yields about 12 oz. of sauce.
